21–24 May 2027
01 / A note for you
London has a way of making a few days feel wonderfully full.
Long lunches, beautiful rooms, galleries worth getting lost in, streets made for wandering, and plenty of time to stop whenever somewhere looks too good to pass by.
Three days to enjoy the city properly — without rushing, without overplanning, and with all the best parts already waiting.
Everything you need is here.
All you have to do is arrive.
The lovely essentials

03 / Places for the weekend
For long lunches, beautiful rooms and the pleasure of discovering somewhere new.
Piccadilly · Mayfair
A grand café with just the right amount of theatre. Come for a long lunch, stay for the room, and leave the afternoon open.
Brook Street · Mayfair
A beautifully made cocktail, a quiet corner and a room that knows how to begin an evening. An elegant pause between the plans.
Cromwell Road · South Kensington
Extraordinary objects, remarkable rooms and more than one reason to lose track of time. Follow what catches your eye.
A considered selection of places to explore. Photographs evoke the city; venue details and availability may change.

04 / A little London magic
For the best morning
Walk through Belgravia before the city properly wakes up.

05 / The practical details
The useful things, all in one place. So you can stay in the moment.
For an easy arrival, ask The Berkeley to arrange a transfer or take a licensed airport taxi. From Heathrow, the Piccadilly line serves Knightsbridge; the Elizabeth line reaches central London, with an onward connection or taxi to the hotel. From Gatwick, trains serve Victoria, followed by a short taxi journey. Check services before travelling.
Walk between neighbourhood stops, then use the Tube or a licensed taxi for the longer stretches. Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner are convenient for the hotel. Each person needs a separate contactless card or device; use the same one throughout your journeys. Check TfL for routes and weekend service changes.
Think mild spring days, cooler evenings and the possibility of a passing shower. A light coat and easy layers will take you from a morning walk to dinner. This is seasonal guidance; check London’s forecast in the days before departure.
Comfortable walking shoes, a light coat, a compact umbrella and layers that work from gallery to café. Bring something polished for afternoon tea and dinner, a small day bag and a UK Type G travel adapter.

Keep the hotel confirmation and Saturday’s afternoon tea and dinner details together. Tea venue, dinner restaurant and reservation times are still to be confirmed. The V&A’s permanent collections are free to visit; selected exhibitions require separate tickets. Check availability nearer the weekend.
For an emergency in the UK, call 999 or 112 for police, fire or ambulance assistance. For urgent medical advice when it is not a life-threatening emergency, call NHS 111. Save your travel insurance details, emergency contact and hotel address offline.
